I love the picture quality on my new tv. Also the new soundbar sounds great together. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. Haven't been able to tune the freesat to a local broadcast. The tv says any postcode I put in doesn't exist. From looking online it seems a common problem. I've been waiting nearly two weeks now for Samsung to come back with an answer. They told me they would call next day but nothing. I chased them but they said there was no answer. Also, haven't been able to claim the cashback as the Samsung website says it's only purchases up to the 24th March. Not what I was told in the store.

Samsung, I hope you do realize that when your servers are down and Smart Hub stops working for an entire day — to the point where I cannot even watch YouTube, a service I could probably access on my electric kettle 24/7 — it rather defeats the purpose of buying a £4,000 TV from you. I didn’t spend that kind of money just to stare at your very expensive, colourful logo on my wall.

having already got a qe95 65inch with one connect (lovely tv tizan usual slow and confusing ) i decided to upgrade the 50inch au8000 for a new model after reading all the reviews between the s95f 2025 snd s95h 2026. i opted to go eith the newer 2026 which on all the review states how samsung have dropped the one connect box with option of wireless connect box and came with ports directly on the tv. this wasnt a big issue to not have the one connect box but the optiion of adding it to extend the ports was . to my surprise the tv was delivered and to my surprise came with one connect box after legthy discussions with samsung CS 3 times no one seemed to know and continued to pass me to support to tell me how to connect it , cross wires i think as i explained always had a samsung and having worked for sky i knew a thing or 2 about setting up tv . i decided then to write an email to executive team to only be told that the s95h comes with a one connect box its only the smaller size screen that doesnt , even though there own review doesnt mention that untill you get to the T&C when buying .. like i said not a biggy but after spending days reviewng between the 2 tvs and even R95H i was a littled miffed knowing this i would have opted for the cheaper 2025 model as not much differance .. although the Ai sports enhancment is spectacular for football i believe it was just as good on the 25 model s95F,, but looking at it ive managed to get the s95H for around £1800 from £310 with various offers as long as they honour there cash back reward which i dont seem to be able to put a date in the claim form yet they have assured me itll be availiable after 30 days and then have 30 days to claim why not allow it from day 1 surly they know when i bought the tv and when the 60 days expires ????? all in tho the tv is fantastic great picutre and sound when connected to the sound bar using symphony the picture is a lot better than the qe95 and the tizen is a lot smoother although very frustrating with adds and the fact the move the home bar to the top every time you land on it . the settings menue is bettr and smaller but takes a while to get used to and you can reconfigure the fav settings . now if only they would allow you to reconfigure your home screen to personal choice , samsung please look at this when next software uptdate theres a lot of clutter that somepeople will never use and its just frustrating. and get rid of the adds or at least have n option to show them . by the way also the s95 on reviews states it comes with a non removebel silver bezal BE AWARE this is region percific and in uk its know as the S99H (with bezel) not the S95H . ive lost faith in a lot of tech reviews aas i now figured out that they and samsung have very misleading and not very clear specifications when launching products and dont seem to have a lot of informtion regarding regional models ie example of one review The Samsung S95H is the flagship QD-OLED TV for 2026, featuring up to \(\sim2,850\) nits of peak brightness and a "picture frame" design. It highlights a Glare-Free matte coating, 4K at 165Hz gaming performance, and introduces an optional Wireless One Connect box that can expand connectivity to eight HDMI 2.1 ports. (not the case clearly ) image of apparenty an s95H

Spent several days watching Youtube reviews before buying this TV. That gave me a good idea of what I was getting, but they undersold the impact of the anti-reflective coating. This TV sits in my living room with 3 large east-facing windows right next to it. No amount of brightness can compete with those morning windows. This TV looks like it's doing magic. The reviews also mentioned the silver frame around the TV as a mix bag. In our case, it looks fantastic, mainly because this TV and its "art" mode are not meant to go un-noticed by lack of visual features, but instead fall into the background because of its visual features. In the same way artwork has a frame, this TV frame just "fits" with other things in the wall. The frame around the TV also made it significantly easier to handle the TV as the delicate screen feels more protected with it acting as a bufffer. Having 4 full-bandwidth HDMI ports was also very welcome, since it allowed me to move away from a third-party input switcher. The negatives are very minor. There is no simple way to have the TV fall back to art mode when turning it off and it doesn't waste a moment to offer a subscription (you can load your own pictures or art with Smartthings app without cost). It has several AI features I have not bothered to use. TV is VERY bright, even in Filmakermode menu items are "too" bright, which had me reducing the overall brighness of the TV, else it is too much at night. One last small negative is that the TV slim mount is not included, but it is a must; just make sure to get the newer one and put effort into proper wall mounting (with recessed connections). This is an amazing TV for folks with bright living rooms, and even at night I don't see how it can be beat. Anyone discussing "raised blacks" because of the matte finish is making the wrong argument. During the day, the matte finish saves the image, and during the night, the true blacks are there to be enjoyed.

WE purchased this TV due to its reported anti-glare screen. We have a bright room at time during the day with a lot of reflection on our old TV. We are very pleased with our Samsung's capability to reduce or even eliminate glare. We also love the thin form and the art screen saver.

The TV picture is excellent - good color, contrast, brightness, non-glare, image quality, etc. However, the lack of simple how to use instructions for more advanced functions such as AI, Samsung TV Plus, etc is limiting users full utilization of other helpful functionalities. There is a PDF manual which is over 300 pages, but it is difficult to wade through, and thus, it is difficult to effectively use. There is an e-manual but likewise it is difficult to execute a set of instructions at the same time as reading an e-manual. There needs to be a series of Samsung created U-tube or other user training manuals organized by specific how to functions - eg how to use Samsung TV Plus (selection of apps, deletion of apps, search for specific apps, organize apps and associated trouble shooting), how to use/setup AI functionalities, how to Maintain the TV software, how to setup the TV and how to select specific functionalities. These need to be presented in a user friendly manner

I have owned previous Samsung QD-OLED TV’s but the S95H is by far the brightest, most colorful TV I have ever seen. Color accuracy out of the box is excellent in Film Maker Mode and the glare free screen works great in my sunny living room. The ability to show artwork from the Samsung Art Store is impressive for an OLED TV. The S95H was recently rated the best TV for 2026 by experts and I feel this rating is well justified.

The picture is outstanding. The metal frame is ok. The sound is disappointing to say the least. And the settings menu gives no relief to that condition. Paid the extra money for the 95, originally was going for the 90, but 2 reviewers said the difference in the 2 models was the sound was really better on the 95. They must have been repeating talking points from Samsung. I really have to wonder how bad is the sound on the 90? I do not believe them anymore. Waste of money on my part. Could have bought a sound bar and woofer for the extra dollars spent on the 95. This is a open review, I will update it when I have more time with the set.

Overall great but I had to set all the settings to suggestions from the internet. At first I wanted to return it. I have a 15 year old Samsung and the clarity is fantastic. Once I tweaked things I liked it. My old tv nothing had to be tweaked. Volume on it was fantastic. I don’t agree with the race to be the thinnest. My old one was 4 inches thick and still going. you can see individual grass blades on the football field. I went from 52 to 77. Maybe I should have gone to 65. Maybe the larger screen shows more flaws. In 4K and HDR no complaints. In my case didn’t knock the socks off me. If I could have returned it I would only because there was nothing wrong with my old one. My old model was LN52A750R1F.

J'apprécie beaucoup la qualité d'image et les fonctions smartTV, en revanche l'épaisseur relativement importante (~40mm) de ce modèle 48" et l'absence de boitier déporté sont décevantes dans cette gamme de prix. Il aurait certainement été possible de diviser l'épaisseur par deux via un boîtier mieux reparti sur le dos du téléviseur, et un passage permettant de sortir tous les câbles au centre-bas aurait été appréciable pour simplifier une installation murale. La livraison par défaut du support mural slim fit avec le téléviseur aurait également été appréciable à ce prix.

The excellent ============== I was blown away by the image and sound quality (I paired it with the HW-990H soundbar setup). This panel is definitely brighter than my decade-old Samsung UN55JS8500) with a wider color gamut. The QSymphony audio settings are pretty amazing -- making me want to re-watch old movies just to see how good they sound. The recommended ultra-slim mount really lives up to its name -- it makes the TV hang so close to the wall that you'd think it was bolted directly down. The mediocre ============== Setup was cumbersome -- needing to install an app and configure an online profile just to order a TV seemed a bit much, and overall intrusive. I had to do some online research to find out how to maximize my privacy and turn off all of the unwanted features (that I could). The minimalist remote control for the TV has a few nice touches (like having solar cells to recharge its battery). It also has a few glaring omissions, like a mute button, and an input toggle. The bad ============== The user interface is overwhelming -- I don't need to be bombarded with ads, suggestions on what movies to watch or games to play. There should be a pared down option to just have your show your available source inputs, as well as the apps you have installed. The TV is slow on the pickup to content from the various inputs. The S95H only has 3 HDMI ports available if you choose to go the HDMI eARC route to connect the sound bar. If you've got a few gaming consoles and/or other devices, you're going to need a switcher or an AV receiver in order to handle the overflow. When switching from one input source to another via the switcher, the TV takes a good 10+ seconds to go from displaying source 1 to showing "no source available" to switching over to source 2. This is something that never happened with my older Samsung TVs configured in the same manner (with a switcher) The neither here nor there ============== The TV's aesthetic design could be considered a "choice" -- one that you really like or not. I personally don't think that the silver-gray frame that the OLED panel sits atop is necessary -- it does little more than increase the TV's footprint for the same 54.6" diagonal panel.

For example, the Volume rocker can be pressed once to mute, moved up or down to adjust the volume, or pressed and held to open Accessibility Shortcuts. The Return button can also be used to return to the previous screen or the last channel viewed. Additionally, the 123/Settings button in the upper-left corner of the remote serves as the Quick Settings button. We bought this 83 incher to replace a 65” Samsung we’ve had for close to 15 years that was still going strong and will continue to be used down in my shop. It’s our first OLED and we’re thoroughly impressed. I would recommend NOT flush mounting it. Buy a nice low profile mount that holds the unit 2” to 3” inches off the wall and install bias lighting on the back. It really helps bring out the deep blacks and gives the TV a floating effect. I’ll never own an other TV without bias lighting. We were a bit worried about the addition of the silver bezel for this H model but, wow, we absolutely love it. Makes the TV look less like a black appliance sitting on the wall and gives is a high end architectural look. The first thing we did once it was installed was to turn off all of the settings that make everything look like a soap opera. After 30 minutes to an hour of fine tuning we had the picture exactly where we wanted it. The blacks are truly incredible, as are the colors. Also love how the TV boots up instantly. I’m a big hockey fan and many modern flat panels struggle with the speed of the game. Not so with the S95H. There’s zero blur and the large size of the 83” makes it infinitely easier to follow the puck. I can’t really comment on the built-in apps as we run everything through a separate streaming device, nor have I messed with the AI settings or voice control yet. Same with the sound since our system consists of high end audio separates, which I think a TV in this class really deserves. Overall after a few days of viewing we couldn’t be happier with this unit. It’s not inexpensive, but it’s worth the money given the quality. And if it lasts as long as our last Samsung it’ll definitely live up to its value.
